Thank you for reply!! I really appreciate it. What I meant was that I can stream on YouTube, but I can’t stream from this new website. I’ve tried decreasing the resolution and sometimes it works but it’s slow or it will just say video not available. I don’t have a desktop in my studio, just the ipad. I’m willing to buy a new kind of tablet if can be sure it will work! I can stream from YouTube no issues, but the videos I’m trying to watch are not on YouTube anymore. Thanks so much

My ipad won’t display the videos..often says page not available. I can stream YouTube videos on there with no problem. It’s a bigger ipad about 3 or 4 years old. Now and then I can stream but not always, and it’s often very slow and cuts out. I’m just so frustrated! Thanks.

Hi Andy, the tutorials just appear to stop or freeze. They were worse on the ipad 🙁
Everything is fine when I stream from Youtube or other sites. Nothing on my end changed with my internet service or location. I hope your internet person might be able to come up with a fix. I have the quality set to the lowest now! It’s just hard when you are trying to do a painting and the video freezes– as you know– timing is everything. Thanks for your help 🙂

Hi Andy, this was happening to me on the ipad, so I changed over to a smaller Android tablet and I changed the speed twice …as low as it would go. It’s sort of better but not perfect as it still stops now and then. Are you still working on this issue? I paid for a whole year of classes and loved the YouTube videos ( they never stopped). Please advise. Thank you so much!!

Yes! I am watching on an ipad and have the same exact problem. It didn’t do that on Youtube! I’m also find things are loading very slowly on the new site. I hope Andy can fix it because it’s a little frustrating. The site is beautiful, but I wonder if it has to do with his server. There’s quite a bit of information on his site. Anyway, it’s beautiful– just wish it were faster and the tutorials didn’t stop! Cheers all!
