Hi Kathleen,good question and thanks for asking, it was as you have spotted done when the leaves are almost dry, then you can use the darkness of the trunk to negatively paint around the leaves

Hi Diana, thanks for a great question, I would say just practice your natural strokes with the brush to start with and be quite tough with the movement…not light and delicate and use the reverse side to not just the wide angle of the brush.

Hi Kristina, good question, I use student grade paints mostly because they have less pigment in them in comparison to artist grade paint which allows them to mix more freely on the paper. By all means use your artists ones but be aware that if they dont blend to easily of not at all this is most likely the reason Thanks again Andrew

Hi Stephanie, Thanks for asking, they are in various places so there are 172 tutorials so far, 30 loose beginners, 52 Challenges 124 past broadcasts and 2 or 3 new ones added every week…so it should keep you painting for about 3 years I think 🙂
