Hi Beth, thank you for asking and yes theres plenty to choose from. Iw ould start with the beginners and level 1 tutorials also look at the tips and techniques area as this will give you a good overall idea of the process, and no I dont tape the paper down I like the cockling of the paper as it allows the paint to flow more freely and because I dont wet all od the paper it remains reasonably flat Hope this helps
