People looking to cancel, to help, you can go to Your Account at the very top, then go to subscription, you can cancel here. The same for those who cancelled and want to re-subscribe.

This has been corrected, we had missed the Bi-Annual membership when selecting who could view!

You can interact with anyone without being friends, however under activity you can view just your friends activities or everyones, as more people join its nice to be able to easily find what other people we know are doing easily.. thats really what friendships are for.

Hey Nancy,
I don’t seem to have the same problem, how’s your internet speed?
Bottom right hand corner of the video you’ll find a cog icon, clicking that you can reduce the quality of the video which would take less bandwidth and therefore play better on slower internet connections…
Give it a try, I use the same cog to speed up the tutor…[Read more]
