Hi Cindy,yes were looking in to it right now and sorry its being a problem for you…I can understand the frustration. Could you let us have your log in details i.e. user name and password?, I added a list of possible issues related to most problems with streaming today on this page maybe worth a look, a couple of people have update their OS recently and that caused a issue so they reverted back to there old one also you know ho to empty your cache that could be a thing to look at too
