@nancymelching I can’t lower the quality, I am using an iPad. I went away from it for awhile, came back, and it worked. I contacted Andy and he said they are working on it. Thanks for trying to help!
I watch on my iPad too and I can lower the quality on mine so you should be able to. It’s a little round cog on the bottom right of the screen. Tap it and lower quality.
