I have written once before, but I get no answear. In august I ordered a month of guience from you. I ordered just one month because I was going abroad for nearly 2 month and could not work with this then. Then I saw that you took money from my account. I didn´t know that that was the deal! I didn´t understand that this was possible. I wrote to you and told you it was a misstake, nothing happend. I also ordered brushes from you, a very long time ago. What has happened to them?
